Return and Refund Policy

At Southern Shutters, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Because our shutters are custom-made to fit your windows, we generally do not accept returns on custom products. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You must include clear photographs of any damage or defects.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
