30 years ago, we used to import interior shutters from overseas factories like other companies. But we faced quality issues repeatedly as we wanted to provide excellent quality to our customers in Round Rock and Austin. Overseas manufacturing results in lesser quality control. Presently, many companies use inferior-quality materials such as PVC, composites, laminated wood, and other materials that don't have a long lifespan to manufacture indoor shutters.

We decided to construct our own manufacturing facility, exclusively utilizing the highest-quality materials and processes. Our shutters are created from authentic American basswood, which is the top-tier standard for luxurious shutters within the industry. Additionally, we use premium-grade paint and stain, trim, hinges, and hardware. Each shutter also comes with custom options, and we bring samples directly to your home to envision the final product in your windows.

The market is currently filled with numerous low-quality imitations of real wood interior shutters, with manufacturers using different shortcuts to cut costs. However, the truth is that the cost of these cheaper materials is not significantly lower, and their quality and durability are inferior.
