Your home should be a place you look forward to spending time in—recharging and relaxing with your family. Our plantation shutters can help create this environment, giving you the ability to control how much sunlight comes into your home, and how much privacy you want.
Plantation shutters can help your house feel more like a home, but they can also be a smart investment. In fact, when it is time to sell your home, it’s value may have even gone up because of your shutters. Many real estate agents include plantation shutters as an amenity or desirable feature because it shows a level of care that you put in as a home owner.
Do you live in Central Texas? If so, we can send one of our friendly and knowledgeable team members to provide you with a free estimate. They will come into your home, measure your windows, discuss your options, and offer you a quote for the entire project. It’s that easy. Once you’ve made the decision to move forward, we will collect a 50% deposit to start the production of your shutters at our factory in Manor, TX. Then, you won’t have to pay the final cost until your project is complete!
Because all of our planation shutters are custom-made for each customer, production can take 7 to 9 weeks to complete. While this may seem like a long waiting period, the quality results speak for themselves. During this time, we will also send you a sample of our painted wood for your approval. And, for staining projects, we will hand-deliver 3 different samples with varying shades to see which one you like best. This process ensures that we provide you with a quality product that you will be satisfied with for years to come.
Unlike other companies that hire subcontractors who get paid by the job, we pay our very own employees by the hour to ensure that every project gets the attention it deserves. Most of our shutter installations can be completed in a day, but larger projects may require 2 days. This process respects your time, but it also ensures that you get the results you deserve and desire.
